Welcome to the "Joy in Motion" series, a secondary series within Fractured Thoughts where we dive into the medicine and experience of physical, mental, and emotional fitness. On today's episode, two new members of the Fractured Thoughts Podcast, Marco Kaper and Max Sahhar, join Anika Breker to discuss the importance of recreational play on injury prevention and the differential development of the Q-angle in adolescents. Afterwards, Anika Breker and Nishant Jayachandran interview Coach Michael Pimentel, the associate head strength and conditioning coach at Brown University and the official Fitness Ambassador to the Warren Alpert Medical School, as he shares his personal philosophies on wellbeing and his tips and tricks to staying active as we age.
