The Med Student Experience: A First Semester Reflection
Welcome to the "Med Student Experience", another secondary series within the Fractured Thoughts Podcast. In this series, we take you behind the scenes and explore the life of being a medical student, sharing the unique experiences that define a medical education. On today's episode, we discuss everything about our first semester as M1s, navigating the highs, lows, and all the lessons we learned during our first months at the Warren Alpert Medical School. Topics include the hardest part of transitioning to medical school, balancing life outside of medicine, and the importance of reaching out for help.
